VARE Properties is the premier, locally owned and operated vacation rental management company in the Coachella Valley. Owned by brothers Mike and Rafi, VARE is committed to providing unforgettable experiences for visitors to La Quinta, Indio, Palm Springs, and Coachella.
VARE opened its doors in 2018 when Mike bought his first vacation rental home in La Quinta. He managed the home on the side of his career as an account manager in the biotech industry but his passion for property quickly grew into something bigger.
Mike’s commitment to maintaining a beautiful vacation home was clear to his guests, who loved their stays in his property. After adding a few more homes to his portfolio, Mike also gained a reputation among his neighbors who recognized the great care he took over his work and asked him to manage their vacation homes too.
Soon, Mike’s side project grew into his sole focus. He left his biotech career and dove headfirst into vacation rental management on a full-time basis. His brother, Rafi, jumped in to give him a hand and together they built the foundations of VARE Properties. With an age gap of 16 years, the brothers never foresaw themselves working together but today are proud to call VARE the family business.
Today, VARE Properties has a dedicated team of 10 full-time employees and operates from an office in Old Town La Quinta. Our local base allows us to remain hands-on with every home we manage and provide a seamless service to both homeowners and guests.
